What do you need? It will be done. After all, there is no such thing as impossible. This is the most specific person at Beeffective.
SUPER POWERS
Karolina will handle every project. She will order it, take care of it and refine it. The deadlines as they are entered will be respected. Always. This is the definition of her professionalism. Her second great advantage is a great sense of justice, which translates into the quality of her work and relationships with the team. Besides, she likes challenges. Difficult meeting with a client? She goes. Presentation to students on Monday morning? She Will. Implementation of a new project? She’s already flying.
She says she is considered the company’s grammar nazi. It’s hard to disagree. She can order corrections faster than the files load. She knows the language of advertising and knows project management. She willingly participates in storms. She says that as a Social Media Team Leader, she learns every day how to best work as a team.
Karolina knows perfectly well that “life is about moments” and “the world does not believe in tears.” For this reason, she sometimes escapes for city breaks, enjoys the charms of other cities and soaks up the Spanish sun with a smile.
She is more thoughtful than romantic. She’s the right person to talk to about crime podcasts and serial killers. But don’t worry, there’s no reason to worry… I guess. We will tell you that out of all the people from Beeffective, you really don’t want to disappoint her. And that’s actually quite easy, because Karola’s typical day at Beeffective looks like this:
8:50: Hello dears, I’m in a good mood today, nothing will spoil it…
10:30: I’m disappointed.
As you can see, it’s not easy. Unless during integrations or after hours. Then she becomes protective or turns into Karol Strasburger and organizes us the coolest game shows that we remember for the rest of the year!
A big advantage of working with Karolina are her original sayings, which she often smuggles into conversations. She lived in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, then 10 years in Krakow, now in Gdynia, so her language is… regional multicultural! She abuses “yo”, says that men wear button-up shirts, and if you don’t understand it, you’re an idiot. This is what every small talk with Karola looks like once you get to know her a little better.
She wanted to work in an advertising agency since she saw, as a child, how Filip and Staś from “W desert i w pustu” in the series “Na Wspólnej” were to create… a jam campaign. Today she creates much, much more than marmalade advertisements, and (we are convinced!) the best is yet to come. After all, it’s a truly capable beast.
